There is a serious problem within our Family Court Concerning the Child Protective System. This is a corrupt system that needs to be restructured and or dismantled. Every case is a violation of the 42 USC 1993 due process of law. They invade privacy, kidnap children, and the judges are in violation because they conspire with Child Protective. The court uses Prima Facie as an excuse to accept the word of people who don’t know the individuals they are accusing.
