We, the citizens of Robbinsville, New Jersey, by signing this petition, are proclaiming our disapproval of the planned overdevelopment of Hillside Terrace. We refuse to accept the undue responsibility of maintaining structures the township would otherwise require us to take on, should this land be developed, as we never consented to this overdevelopment; the elevation of land and the importing of foreign soil, both of which would erode overtime with natural weather patterns, and thus drain into and flood surrounding properties; the development of levees and other dam-like structures, the costs of which maintaining would fall to the owner of the homes they are built upon; the undue destruction and removal of healthy trees that are decades to over a full century old; and any additional actions that would result in unwanted consequences that would negatively impact myself, and/or my neighbors. 

 I, the individual, by signing this petition, am proclaiming both my citizenship to Robbinsville township, and my disapproval of the overdevelopment of Hilltop Road.
