the below signed, a citizen of Parke County Indiana, or surrounding area, that may be affected by harmful industrial or tech practices, hereby sign my name to implore our local officials of Parke County to review and add ordinances and/or moratoriums in regards to land usage throughout the county to ensure rigorous safeguards are in place to protect citizens against energy exploitation and unsustainable water consumption and pollution (including light, air, and noise) by AI (or other type of) data centers, crypto mining farm, or other industrial entities; and to protect the citizens who also live within a directly affected radius of any proposed/planned Data Center financially.
