A plan by Clark Realty for a high-density, cluster development of 39 homes on 20 acres for seniors at historic Cornwell Farm on Georgetown Pike is opposed and we seek your support. This doubles the current zoning density.  Cluster homes on 1/8th acre lots is contrary to the Fairfax County Annual Plan Review-2013.  And it is contrary to the rural, open residential character of our town.  It is potentially damaging to Potomac Watershed and Chesapeake Bay Act Conservation areas.  Water supply and Septic Management issues may arise.  Traffic impact on the protected and stressed Georgetown Pike will be significant.

Public opposition is critical to the Planning Commission’s decision-making and will be sought at Public meetings. Please make your voice heard NOW - sign this petition and save Great Falls from high density, cluster development.
