The City of Farmersville, Texas has what they call a 'comprehensive plan' for development of the city.  This plan includes how you are allowed to use your land (see Land Use map at this link:  https://www.farmersvilletx.com/land%20use%20map%2020200811.pdf  It also includes the planned misappropriation of your Neighbors' land and possibly yours (see Thoroughfare Plan at this link: https://www.farmersvilletx.com/Farmersville_ThoroughfarePlan_061520.pdf  In specific, there are plans to build 3 and 4-lane roads through your Neighbors' land and no one even talked to your Neighbors about this possibility before the previous City Council approved it as the move-forward plan.  NOW is the time to review what the Consultants hired by the current City Council have proposed as the City's move-forward 'comprehensive plan' for YOUR land, the addition of roads, and how you might have to chip in to pay for building them.  We are asking for your signature to request the Farmersville City Council to re-look and revise the 'comprehensive plan' with the input of all impacted parties.  Do you agree?  Thanks in advance for your support.
