In 2009, City Ordinance No. 473 S. 2008 or An Ordinance Naming Road Lot 4 and Road 9 at the Bacolod City Reclamation Area as the Fr. Mauricio Ferrero, OAR Street in honor of the urban planner who planned out Bacolod City was authored by then Councilor Atty. Jocelle Batapa-Sigue. This year, 2020, Councilor Carl Lopez wants to call it Chicken Inasal Road.
