Only hireing staff based on there photo and not there qualifications. Calling black people derogatory names. Abusing his power in the work place. No an apology won't do. Where is the duty of care.  To the  TTMB. Doesn't  the Equal opportunity Act section 7 aplly to him.  A female intern in 2018 made racial comments and was fired and her license revoked not so. He said he did not care he is a millionaire. Why must he be able to discriminate in private and continue to faten his pockets. He is tainted in every way. Enough is enough. We must put a stop to this with immediate effect. Avinash sawh is a disgrace to the Sawh name. Children in std 1 did local scientist as a project and Dr lall sawh was one of the them. I was disheartened to see that this man carries the same last name. To top it off he was insulting and using obscenities at a female worker of his own race very distasteful. We need to stand as a Nation. Every creed and race find an equal place. What goes for one must go for all. Don't let this fester and continue to bring down our beautiful island.
