We the people of India are fed up! Every year, lakhs of young lives are crushed by exam leaks, paper mafias, and zero accountability in NEET, JEE, UGC-NET, and board exams. This is death of merit and victory of pay for passing education mafia. 

We demand immidiate reforms to make exams trusted again. It is simple demand for fair, transperent and leak-proof:

1) Full CCTV everywhere – Every hall, strong-room, printing press, and transport van gets 360° tamper-proof cameras with 90-day storage. Students who say “my answer was marked wrong” get full rights to review the footage within 7 days of results. No more hidden cheating.

2) China-style lockdown for paper makers – Question setters and printers locked in secure facilities with zero outside contact for 30 days before the exam (no phones, no family, 24/7 CCTV). Papers treated as top state secrets.

3) 5-minute digital upload rule – As soon as papers reach any center, they must be scanned and uploaded to a public blockchain portal within 5 minutes. Every single step of the process (printing → sealing → transport → opening) recorded in an unchangeable digital log that anyone can check.

4) Raw scores published + real review rights – Within 48 hours of the exam, raw marks and model answers go public. Every student gets a 15-day window to see their answer sheet, challenge errors, and trigger automatic footage checks if needed.

5) One exam, one day, one time – All candidates sit on a single day at a single time slot (or, for huge exams, two dates with two completely different papers). No staggered shifts that let leaks spread.

6) Crackdown on the exam mafia – Treat organized leaks as economic terrorism: 7–10 years jail, asset seizure, lifetime ban on coaching centers involved. Set up permanent CBI-style task forces with big rewards for whistle-blowers.

These are basic demands to restore trust in broken system

China runs the world’s biggest exam (Gaokao) with near-zero leaks using the same isolation + surveillance model. India can too. The cost is tiny compared to the crores lost in re-tests, ruined careers, and broken trust every year.
