Getting a job is not easy, it requires patience for a very long hours of waiting, you need to follow certain steps, you must bring all the requirements needed, and most especially you must fit all the qualifications needed for the job.

But hey! Here in the Philippines they have a much easier and faster way to get a job. You can get a job even without obtaining the certain criteria. All you need is a contact (relatives or acquaintances) inside and then boom! you're in. This is known as "Palakasan System" in the Filipino Culture, it is the use of position to gain favor, promotion and even filling the job vacancies of a specific instruction by an unqualified client. That is one of the reason why corruption is still well known and widespread today. We are not saying that all government leaders are corrupt, we are trying to suggest that, that the reason why Philippines is still under construction is because we are ruled by highly class yet ape minded people.

Imagine the feeling of getting rejected on the job even you have the qualities, capabilities and the mind. It is just very unfair to those worthy Filipino job-seekers on not getting the job.
