This is to petition for Citi Prestige to waive card members' annual fees since Citi is unable to fulfill card members' golf privileges as well as unable to utilise other key card benefits such as i) airport limo services; ii) priority pass privileges; iii) no dinning promotions and iv) complimentary 4th night free hotel stay. As for golf privilege, only 1 out of 4 approved golf courses are available for members' booking however since Citi's golf agent doesn't have any allocated/reserved slots, all bookings are impossible.  Even with the recent extended golf course privilege it is pretty pointless if their golf agent is unable to secure any slots.  Card members are still paying full annual fees for these promised benefits, there we are feeling extremely short changed and requesting Citi for some compensation i.e. annual fee waiver.
