After years of being told a reliable internet service would be provided to our neighborhood, just 25 miles from down town Cincinnati, and it still hasn’t happened. Our 11 year old son with Type1 Diabetes has thousand of dollars in life saving technology attached to his body. His blood sugars are sent to our phones by way of wi-fi. The service we have here works at a max of 1.5mg yet we pay a monthly fee for high-speed. The service lags most days and drops on others, missing a blood sugar alert could be life threatening for our boy. Countless phone calls and emails have gotten us no where. Our family, along with the entire community, are asking that Cincinnati Bell provide fiber optics to our neighborhood and son in 2020!
