CIBC HAS PHONE NUMBERS DEDICATED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATED TO THEIR CUSTOMERS IN MANY FORMS INCLUDING CIBC'S WEBSITE, CIBC'S MAIL TO CUSTOMERS, POSTERS AT CIBC'S BRANCHES AND CIBC'S EMPLOYEES TELLING CUSTOMERS WHAT NUMBERS TO CALL. 

BUT - WHEN YOU CALL THOSE NUMBERS, NOBODY PICKS UP THE PHONE. EVEN IF YOU WAIT OVER 60 MINUTES - NOBODY PICKS UP THE PHONE. PHOTO EVIDENCE IS ATTACHED. 

 

SOLUTION REQUEST: 

CIBC - ON BEHALF OF EVERY CUSTOMER THAT YOU HAVE AND ESPECIALLY ON BEHALF OF CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BEEN YOUR CUSTOMERS CONTINUOUSLY FOR MANY DECADES, PLEASE START PICKING UP PHONES ON LINES DEDICATED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE - IF NOT THEN YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS TO OTHER BANKS.
