Chuy's Tex-Mex is one of the only true Tex-Mex chains nationwide. Due to the COVID pandemic, they limited their menu to very select items. As of January 24, 2022, Chuy's brought back several crowd favorites and specialty items, including Baja Shrimp Tacos. However, Chuy's did not bring back the stuffed green chile rellenos, which are many people's favorite menu item.
