**50 new homes to be built on flood zone 2 in Church Fenton:Selby District remember 2015 you must reject this application☹️�**On a fairly dry day today it did not take much to realise why this area is a flood zone 2, extremely saturated ground: agriculture land either side which has sewn 10% less crop so far and “Carr dyke” on it. This application is on SDC planning agenda this Wednesday...there is no up to date Flood Risk Assessment therefore no flood mitigation has been done. We all know first hand what flooding does to people life’s, let’s stop inflicting this on people. Why build more houses when obviously the place isn’t fit for purpose there is a small community shop which isn’t ideal for everything but it’s good at what it does the main concern is more houses get built the mains electric grid can’t cope there is always power cuts already it’s consumption was only meant for a village it’s turning into a town it needs a better bus service too it’s no good to build here anymore
