Baltimore Police Detective Sean Suiter died 11/16/2017, he was a decorated law enforcement member of the Baltimore Police Department. His family of 5 children and a wife survive him. His death came right after he was going to testify on a police corruption probe, he had also just come home from vacation and was in a great mood according to his wife, Nicole Suiter. [11/6/2019] "Baltimore Police Commissioner Michael Harrison on Wednesday closed an investigation into the 2017 death of Detective Sean Suiter, saying that a Maryland State Police review confirmed earlier findings: that Suiter committed suicide in a West Baltimore lot while on duty.".

Facts we know:

  • Sean Suiter was in a positive mindset and showed no signs of mental stress or adverse behavior before is death.
  • Sean Suiter was involved in a police probe revolving police corruption in the city of Baltimore, Police department.
  • The gun that killed Sean Suiter had two types of blood on it, one of which the forensics investigators say is "untraceable", the same forensics who is a part of a team of the Baltimore police department and Maryland state police.
  • There are known strong ties between high ranks of the Maryland state police and Baltimore Police, which could pose a bias in a fair and successful investigation, leading to an unfair judicial proceeding.
  • Interviews were inconclusive, statements from other officers were hindered during the investigation.
  • Having a death investigation being lead by any member of a law enforcement agency in the same area or jurisdiction where there are questions that another member of law enforcement could possibly be responsible for the death of the officer who died, is clear and just cause for an exclusive federal investigation.

Furthermore, we the people demand the director of the US DOJ (Melanie Ann Pustay), the director of the FBI (Christopher A. Wray), initiate a thorough investigation into all aspects of the death, all events leading up to the death of Detective Sean Suiter and follow through with any indictments regardless of who or what affiliation anyone found to be responsible has with any agency.
