why is it that animal cruelty is out of control its because there isnt a good enough punishment gave out to people who harm animals. if the law was that animal cruelty is a criminal offence then maybe the people who are cruel to animals can be given a more severe punishment it should be a jail sentence and fine and banned for life for ever owing any pet and also be a animal cruelty list where your put on a register for life but its a slap on the wrist most of them get so they keep doing it we need to end it all.
