There's a massive disparity in what Early Childhood Education teachers are paid, after a decade of underfunding. 

We think the same job deserves the same pay - we're calling on Minister of Education Chris Hipkins to increase ECC funding by 10% in the 2020 budget to address teacher pay disparity and keep ECE centres viable.
