After a complete blackout of services all day Wednesday, October 16 that left thousands and thousands of customers hungry, stranded, inconvenienced, and embarrassed. We the people, your customers, demand your resignation. We shouldn't have to change banks to ensure we can access our money. The company is clearly not being ran as it should be. There are countless stories online spread across twitter, instagram, Facebook about parents that could not feed their families, people that incurred late fees on bills because they couldn't be paid on time, embarrassed customers at stores and so on. Throughout the entire even the leadership at Chime Bank has remained silent and refused to speak out to their loyal customers. Step down now or we all step away.
