When JFC bought Chowking in the early 2000s, it began to streamline its menu to what it is today. This streamlining had unfortunately affected two of its most iconic rice toppings: Braised Beef and Pork Spareribs.

While this petition may not be as urgent as many others in this medium, bringing these items back will surely not only be nostalgic for patrons back in the day but also introduce a whole new generation to what made many fall in love with ChowKing in the 90s.
