Meno is one of the moderators on a game called Pony Town, made in 2016. As of recently this year, there has been a lack of help in the game to solve issues like Racism, Theft of avatars, Homophobia, and the likes. All of these especially Racism and Homophobia are serious offenses in the game. As of recently, there has been a player that has sparked anger in some areas of the eighteen only English server. A person named Lucina who harassed large groups of people over the time she had started playing the game. Lucina has forced people into roleplaying with her and she also forced her character on people and stalked players. Lucina is also thought to be below the age of eighteen and be very young. Since this player was breaking the rules and fighting with people daily I contacted Meno, to try and solve the problem. Meno who is a moderator did not respond to me. It got so bad that I had to email the entire Pony Town team. and yet, no response. It was only until months later that I contacted a moderator named Lance. Lance was very respectful and nice and worked with me to solve my issue. And that is when to my dismay that Lance was not a moderator in the English area of that sever and they told me to contact Meno. Meno ignored me. Meno didn't respond to the evidence I gave him as well. Instead of doing his job to help with the pony town servers, Meno has been playing Drift City Remastered and Among us almost all day and had not been coming onto the Pony Town eighteen plus server. Meno has been said to be mean to players who asked for help by multiple players I have been talking to. As a player of this game, I had been on for years and donated hundreds of dollars to the staff for almost a year. And got no response from the people who have control to help. I am looking to change the game and hopefully see many more Moderators on the game to help us stop Racism and Homophobia in the game, and also see one moderator gone from the game as well. Meno does not deserve the position as a moderator if he does not help to stop players that assault people and spread homophobia and racism. Meno doesn't do his job, so why should he have the job title if he doesn't use it for good and ignores players. This is why we should remove Meno from the team and get more moderators to help stop these problems.
