AS A STUDENT OF THE TARLAC NATIONAL HIGHSCHOOL I DECLARED THIS KIND OF PETITION TO STOP ABUSING AND BUTCHERING  DOGS IN CHINA.

Therefore, animal cruelty is rife all over the world, and nobody is answered by the perpetrators. After China has brought strict rules to protect Pandas from further slaughter, Chinese animals are aware of positive changes. The security law of China's panda was upheld and applied immediately.

It's now time for Chinese people to put an end to the brutally barbaric trade in dog and cat food, and to enact animal protection laws. China's dog-and-cat meat trade is one of the most barbaric fields of animal cruelty in the world, with dogs and cats regularly abused with the eyes of passers-by who appear unaffected.

Fully aware dogs are hanged up, their lower legs are cut off by a knife, their eyes are then gouged out, skinned, still conscious and tearing with agony while they're hanging from their necks, unable to scream with pain. Certain methods of torture against dogs and cats, such as burning dogs with a blow torch with their hand, are also horrific. Many of the pets in the business are still stolen animals with house collars and name tags.

It is believed that torturing the animal "tenders" the meat to cause adrenaline to the body of the conscious animal intentionally and to make the meat as robust as possible in the false belief that robust meat provides greater medicinal value and improves the libido of a human.

China's population is increasing by 1.4 billion and the share of animal lovers and pet hunters are growing rapidly. Chinese animal lovers find their voice and demand an end to the trade in Chinese dog and cat meat! Chinese animal lovers are asking China not to dispose of indiscreet acts of animal cruelty, to uphold and strengthen animal protection rules, to guard pets and their livestock.

Animal cruelty laws, against abuse and neglect, we respectfully request the Prime Minister of the State Council of the People's Republic of China.
To fund capture, neuter and release programs to stop the breeding of street dogs and cats.
Create legislation to make dog owners accountable, to ban dogs on the road.
All rabies vaccinated dogs and cats.
Chinese bandog and cat meat and closed down the trade.
