Karter Lee McClellan, born February 16th, 2016. His mother was never around for him much about one month old. He’d always be with my parents Bobbie McClellan-Devlin & Joseph Devlin Sr. About 20 years of marriage and I’ve never seen them more happier when their first grandchild was born. Me being a teenager then, I would babysit him while my parents worked. He was my best friend, and still is. But that’s the problem, his mother was sent to jail one day after he leaves my parents house because she wanted to see him. And when they took her, they took her kids. She has a total of 4, that I know of”. Her oldest was sent to her grandmother but they wouldn’t allow Karter to be with my parents because “they didn’t want to split the children up”, but that’s where the hard part comes in, their starting to talk about splitting the three brothers up into different foster homes. All I ask is for everyone to show their support for my parents in getting their grandchild back, my nephew. Child protective services don’t see the good, they just want what’s easiest, even though for others it’s the hardest. Please support us in this time of need!
