Hi I'm a 38 year old male whom has been raising my son on my own the last 4 years. When I first got with my Son's mother she an I had both just finished prison  sentences an her two children were in the Ministers care an I pushed her to attend her visits an was a positive support in getting her children back into our care an after about a year or so of visits an overnight we got her two children out of care an we were expecting our first child. So I knew we needed to definitely make better  choices than our past to be able to provide a life for our family so we moved to Saint John I got my first job at the bottle exchange after about 8 months there I heard East Side Mario's was going big reopening an was hired on the spot they over hired to see who would be best fit for positions I made first round then second got a raise then got a Key holder position an worked there  until the day I was told all 3 kids were placed in care because I wasn't home at the time an they couldn't reach me so that day i quit my job I worked at for 3 an a half years to take my son in my care because his mother fell back into her addiction. My cps worker in SJ was amazing I opted to keep case open extra 6 months. I ended up moving back to moncton were cps isn't working to provide support there objective is to help my at the time 3 year old an not help parents with support all they have done for last 3 years.is constant threats due to my baby mother call cps.from jail an having other people call.an say I'm.abusing my son which if anyone really knows me an my Character is not any of the lies cps is presenting as.facts to a judge in court. One thing about me iv been an open book an iv been accountable for my mistakes but when will the Government actually break down all there separation between departments an work collectively together what's the point of having two hands when left hand has no clue that there is a right hand nor what its there for. I am back in front of the judge on Feb.2 I'm hoping to be able to get 500 signatures before court so the judge will be forced to dig deeper into allegations of abuse an neglect two thing that my son has never experienced due to my actions. My sons my world he loves his dad an It will be over my dead body he will be in the Ministers care whom has failed 100's.if not 1000's of children in protecting there innocence. It's time they are held accountable my sons been in the Ministers care since Nov.25 an cps has not held up one single thing since that date I'm done with them not playing there game as I did not thing to deserve there constant harassment they have colluded with my baby mother an my old roomate whom also fed cps bunch of lies an have proof my baby mother lied an admitted it in a letter she wrote from jail so there.whole.case is presenting non factual facts against me in the court of law under oath now if I did that to take someone's child I'd be right back in prison 3-5.years.but they get a promotion really makes me sick how dirty they are.i swear u start in the government they must give a course on misleading public twisting facts an narratives to fit they evil agenda.
