Stop Dog markets of Nagaland

Stop Dog markets of Nagaland
The Issue
Eating dogs is illegal in India but it is still practiced in rural north-east. Some 30,000 are killed for food each year in Nagaland and nearby states. All of the dog is eaten with the head as the prized part of the dog. The reasons for dog-meat are many, and ‘traditional’ in Nagaland – dog meat is relished for its unique ‘pungent taste’, it is thought to work as an aphrodisiac, it’s thought to be a ‘warm’ meat for winters and because it increased iron in a human body!
International Animal Rescue Foundation India and Say No To Dog Meat.Net Now call for an immediate ban of all dog meat trade and consumption.
And it's obviously now we should stop the dog markets of Nagaland cause dogs are not consumed here as meat under the law. I want here to say to all the citizens of our country to sign in this petition and share this petition thus this illegal work can be stopped.
"The Smugglers must be caught, The markets must be stopped"
