Higher Education System and Higher Educated youth of West Bengal, recently going through tremendous stress, due to insufficient recruitment of Assistant Professors in (around 550) General colleges of West Bengal.                                                                                   EMPANELLED candidates of West Bengal College Service Commission (#EMPANELLED_WBCSC) are not getting recommendations due to non-sanction of the required posts in colleges, while enactment of Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) made it difficult to provide quality education in colleges with a very few numbers of Assistant Professors and shockingly most of EMPANELLED of PROVISIONAL MERIT PANEL of Advt. 1/2018 not getting placements, while no WAITING PANEL has been announced so far.                                                                                                                      Moreover due to COVID pandemic arisen hold off in official activities, when University Grants Commission (UGC) announced six months extension in academic curricula then WBCSC didn't extent PANEL VALIDITY of Advt no. 1/2018.                                                                                    Recent regularization of non-deserved State Aided College Teachers (SACTs), neglecting the authenticated EMPANELLED of WBCSC could not be accepted or justified on any grounds to any academic-minded person of Bengal.                                                                                                                                       Please sign the PETITION to get all the deserved EMPANELLED of WBCSC recruited to END the ERA OF CIVIC TEACHERS and to restore the quality of education in GENERAL DEGREE COLLEGES of WEST BENGAL.                                                                              ,
