Lakdikapool, Hyderabad Sir, Sub:- Manipulated/Bogus/Counterfiet Land Records are being maintained on “Maa Bhoomi Website”as well as in the Revenue Records of Tashsildhar, Shamshbad, Mandal and in the office of Rangareddy District Collectorate in respect of Land In Survey No.707,745 & 743, Shamshabad Mandal. –Deletion of Such “Null and Void” Records - Reg. Ref: 1. Order in Appeal No.28396/CIC/2017, dated:17-04-2018 by Telangana State Information Commission. 2. . Order in Appeal No.23771/CIC/2017, dated:12-04-2018 by Telangana State Information Commission. 3. Fax Memo No.10830/Assn.II(1)/2017-3, Dated:24-02-2018 of Revenue (Assn.II) Department, Government of Telangana. 4. Tahsildhar letter No.C/258/2015, dated:28-02-2015 part of your Office File No.D4/957/2014. 5.Pahani Certificate No.ADL021735952640, dated: 13/07/2017. @ @ @ With regard to the above subject and references, as advised by CIC as per the Order in Appeal No.28396/CIC/2017, dated: 17-04-2018 of Telangana State Information Commission to the Complainant and also the Report to be submitted by Collector to NHRC, we once again request you to please provide us Copy of Final Action taken Report /Order/Proceedings in respect of deletion of Fitcitious and Bogus revenue record in Survey No.745,707 & 743, Shamshabad Mandal, Rangareddy District as there is no movable and immovable property in the name of Mr. Saleemuddin and Mr. Ameenuddin and also their whereabouts are not known to Tahsildhar to collect Defecit Stamp Duty of Rs.29.33 Lakhs which is evident from Tahsildhar letter No.C/258/2015, dated:28-02-2015 is part of your file No.D4/957/2014. Hence, maintaining the bogus/fictitious property details(agricultural Land) in the name of fictitious persons is illegal,counterfiet, Bogus, unlawful, unconstitutional and Void ab intio and urgent requirement of deletion from Revenue records. Such Bogus records helps Land grabber to file fictitious cases in the Court as noted by the Telangana State Information commission in the above references order.
