These proceedings shall be read in continuation of the proceedings dated 18.9.2017 vide which the Chief Secretary, Government of Telangana was directed to submit his report in the matter. Prior to that a complaint dated 5.3.2017 was received from the complainant Shri Gajula Raju complaining about the manipulated bogus land records on Maa Bhoomi website, Government of Telangana. He has further stated that the Maa Bhoomi online Record is showing name of bogus person i.e. Sallimuddin. No report has been received from the concerned authority. Let a reminder be issued to the Chief Secretary, Government of Telangana for submission of the report within six weeks positively, failing which the Commission shall be constrained to take coercive steps U/s 13 of the Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993 for his personal appearance.
