He further submitted that the complainant is having Agricultural land which was made into plots after conversion of land use and given for construction of residential/commercial purpose. Now the land is being shown as agricultural land in revenue records and they were asked to pay stamp duty. Thus, double records are being maintained, leading to filing of fictitious cases in the Court. The Public Information Officer submitted that the matter would be rectified in the second phase of purification of records of litigated lands which is under process. Heard the parties and perused the records. Sought information has been furnished. The complainant is advised to file a fresh complaint before the Collector, Ranga Reddy District for redressal of his grievance. With the above direction, the complaint is closed.
