Subject: Ryan International School, Urban Estate, Phase 2, Ludhiana, Punjab not following Govt Orders/ Guidelines.

Respected Sir,

1. Commercial Activities of Books, Notebooks, Stationary and Uniform:

Ryan International School, Ludhiana is doing commercial activities of books, notebook and stationary even though Govt have given instructions to not do the same. Ryan has not given any book list on their website also. Their books are not available on any other book shop but only at their own shop in the name of Stepway Sales Corporation, which is owned by Ryan School. Govt have given instructions to not change books every year but still they changing 3-4 books every year. They are also not giving GST bills for books they selling currently and cheating on tax also. They also have their own shop to sell Uniforms and they also not display colour coding of school uniform so we can buy from any other shop or even there uniform is also not available at other places.

2. Asking for Development Fee, Computer Fee, Physical Edu Fee, Physical Lab, Chemistry Lab, Biology Lab and other charges for Lock Down Period:

As per new Govt orders Schools can’t take any other fee other than Tuition Fee but Ryan, Ludhiana is still asking the same from parents and has added these to be paid in the Month of June. How they can charge Computer Fee, Physical Edu Fee, Physical Lab, Chemistry Lab, Biology Lab etc when there is no classes going on. They are charging around 3500-4000 per month fee from Mont/Nursery to 10+2, so its request to please re-consider your order to take full tuition fee from parents in this case. Although they earn a lot and can pay salaries to their Teachers but still we request you to make order to take only 30% Tuition Fee for the Lock Down period so there is no burden on the Parents and they can pay Salaries to their Teachers also as no other running cost is there to the school currently.

Please help the parents in this pandemic and take strict action against the Ryan International School, Ludhiana.
