Honourable Haryana CM Mr M L Khatter-pl read this clipping from Times of India.While Noida authorities under aegis of Honourable UP CM Shri Yogi is uploading all major defaulter and cheat builders on their web site to help customers take informed decisions and to pressurise these builders to speed up deliveries.The biggest common defaulter amongst builders in Noida/Greater Noida and Gurugram is Unitech while others like Ferrous, BPTP, ABW,DLF and a host of others rule in Haryana. In all this situation, your Govt tables a draft RERA heavily tilted to favour these cheat builders and deny justice to hundreds of thousands cheated honest tax payer buyers. Already there is a raging debate on diluted RERA trying to be implemented in Haryana and few other states. Its time you wake up and shed 'no shame' attributes and work overtime to put things in order.Pl do not waste tax payers money in foreign jaunts trying to rope in new investments for Haryana when cheaters rule the roost in this state. Let your conscience be stirred atleast. Honoruable Minister Shri V Naidu..time Sir to implement RERA in its true spirit all over India to save this cheat industry. If it is a gift from our Honourable PM as you have mentioned time and again, let its benefits reach cheated people instead of favoring bribe paying corrupt builders.
