Dear All, While the fight between cheated and agonised home buyers and influential builders rages on, we hope implementation of RERA immediately from May 01,2017 all India will certainly provide some relief and expedite things and also compensate to some extent huge monetary losses and difficulties being faced by home buyers. This petition is already marked to Honourable PM, Hon Minister Mr Naidu, Hon CM Haryana, Chief Secy Haryana Govt and ofcourse to our reverred Apex Court SC. Hon Haryana CM..it is now clear that you are well built but just a big mouth who does nothing and is a stigma to the leadership of our Honourable PM Shri Narendra Modi. This will cost you and BJP heavily Sir. You will lose all vote banks and people of Haryana will ensure saffron is put into oblivion in Haryana if you are a silent watcher and make political noises/claims simply. Shame on you Sir! Surely all is not lost as recent judgements/steps from Judiciary, Law Enforcement Agencies and our top Govt Executive suggest but here is a very nice article on what completely frustated and cheated and defeated home buyers did to try to rein in a wild cheat and highly networked bull like Unitech.
