Dear All, In a very major development today, our Honoured Supreme Court has directed Unitech Chairman/All Directors to be physically present on May 05 next hearing with Unitech failing to submit a proposal for completing over 13 thousand inordinately delayed projects for which they have usurped home buyers money. This is a very good message to the leader in the builder cheat community in India amongst other leading names like BPTP, DLF, ABW, Ansals, Supertech,Parsvanath and so many scores of others and many smaller fly by night operators who are thriving under such big cheats shadows. Thank you honoured Supreme Court for this tough stand for a publicly traded shameless cheat entrepreneurs group defended by the WHO IS WHO lawyers community from Congress Party who have plundered India for decades including former Law Ministers. It is also a shame on the present Govt/Haryana Govt and Bureaucracy who want to protect these rotten cheat fish and all the larvae in the realty sector. But JUSTICE will prevail and filth will be cleansed indeed!
