Dear All, This tough stand and message from our Honourable Apex Court SC is a matter of big relief for millions of citizens in India. We are truely grateful to Supreme Court for recognizing pains of millions of cheated people by putting a time table for Amby Valley sell off should Sahara not be paying up within a time frame. Honourable SC, we expect a similar tough stand and message for cheat and fraud builders who have ruined tens of thousands of honest families, usurped their life term savings and are colluding with politicians and bureacracy to lessen their penalties or find a way out. Pl attach all commercial properties of cheats like Unitech, BPTP, DLF and several others should they not be able to hand over flats for which they have swindled hard earned money of home buyers or cannot refund money. Let there be a stern signal to cheat business community of builders that there is a bottom line and misery cannot be a life long affair. Kindly support us in implementing RERA without any dilution.
