Dear All, It is a surprise and really disappointing that BJP ruled states like Gujarat, Maharashtra are diluting RERA to protect builders. Even Haryana inspite of all claims by Shri Manoharlal Khatter's Govt is delaying the implementation. If we buyers were farmers and a vote plank, I am sure Govt could not have ignored us. But it seems, educated, honest tax paying citizens are to be mauled in India. This is not expected of our Honourable PM Shri Narendra Modi. Tens of thousands are completely disilusioned. India cannot change..no matter demonetisation et all! Per Honourable Minister Mr V Naidu, RERA was a gift to the nation from our Honourable Prime Minister-surely brought in after a lot of thought on practices prevalent in the realty sector. Is the gift from PM to be diluted and a vote rhetoric only?
