Dear All, Honourable Union Minister Shri Venkaiah Naidu's stern message is welcome and a possible relief to hapless cheated honest educated buyers but will the powerful builder lobby and their largesse bestowed on Ministers and Bureacracy win over the same to punish the common man? On one hand our honourable PM Shri Modi takes a bold step to demonetise large bills to fight/reduce black money/tax evaders and cleanse the economy and we await eagerly on what he does to tens of thousands of cheated home buyers to powerful networked builders.RERA was presented as a gift from our Honourable PM to protect the common honest man as per Shri V Naidu and after all the furore, how can state Govts dilute the same to favour some corrupt builders who buy out all. Then why bring in RERA and tom tom about it?People are watching and world is watching as things unfold in India.
