India's Apex Judiciary SC took the notorious realty bull by its horn today and ordered deposit of principal amount of Rs 15 Crores within a stipulated time towards refund for Vistas Project in Gurgaon which is delayed by more than 4 years already. We all hail SC for this historic judgement with the most notorious realtor in India today who has further damaged the real estate industry image besides causing severe distress to tens of thousands of home buyers. Several thousands want possession after waiting for years and this 'taking on Unitech' stand by SC will surely generate some action with defined time lines. It is encouraging for hapless home buyers when such cheat and very influential companies are aptly slammed by SC. We thank Supreme Court of India!
