NCLT has directed aggrieved investors to approach Court for fixed deposits(FD's) payment defaults by Unitech. The Realty Major has failed to deposit 30 Crores by the extended time given. My humble appeal to CM Haryana/PMO/Judiciary is to please take serious cognizance of the tremendous difficulties this group is creating for common men. When will suffering people be relieved? Is there no mechanism to rein in such kind of economic terror? Will we all simply be doomed? Can aggrieved retail honest home buyers/investors spend on expensive litigation?
