But Govt needs to govern that all regulations and fair practices are in place. Otherwise why do we need a Govt?The Govt and hapless judiciary cannot be shielding corrupt and brazen cheater builders only as they weild lot of money power and influence. Sorry but buyers robbed of their life term savings and being put in acute financial crisis will not take it lying low for ever. This menace has to end and if unethical builders license has to be cancelled and all their assets liquidated to pay back buyers, so be it.
