Petition updateAvon & Wiltshire MH Trust - Must Face Responsibilities over bullying.
And now CQC Fail to Act

It seems no one is big enough to take responsibility for checking internal investigative systems at AWP - a huge lacuna that allows miscreants to get away with shocking behaviour. It is shameful BANES Commissioners have baled out, despite knowing about the incompetent investigation by a new staff member at AWP, duped by the same seniors who closed ranks when I rightfully blew the whistle on malpractice and poor management. Chinese whispers ruined my life as it has ruined many, many before me.
Sadly, the Commissioners have fallen back on reiterating the flimsy 'reason' given by the miscreants - a forced & unfair 'settlement' made whilst I was traumatised and financially ruined by AWP. This so-called 'settlement' did not included admission of wrong-doing or investigation of the bullies. The bully remains in post as do her supporters and those who covered up.
I refuse to give up, not only for myself but thousands of innocent NHS staff. decent people who have have been traumatised, with little redress and no voice. This is the paltry system called justice, where justice means the ability to buy the services of an expensive Barrister. These wretches will always cower behind legal teams unless this funding is removed - a request I have put to CQC.
The NHS is broken for more reasons than patient care - this is the other side of the story.
