Trust refuse mediation and want 'robust' court case

I failed in bringing the Trust for mediation. It seems the pugilistic decision-maker[s] among the Board has[have] decided they want a 'robust' Court case - rather than accepting their errors of judgement and making an apology [the Protagonist has hidden in the woodwork alongside her supporters] and fair restitution. So two autistic individuals have to face a Court, Barristers, a legal barrage. Is this justice?
