No to ACAS by Avon & Wilts Mental Health Trust

Hello Sadly, I had to file another Tribunal case because the Trust Board failed to agree to ACAS, a simple step you might have thought for a MENTAL HEALTH TRUST. Though it's years outside the usual limit this will at least bring this to the attention of someone who might make a difference - the Tribunal Judge. I don't want a court case, distressing for all parties, but the Trust continue to claim they 'settled' - which is untrue. I am hopeful the Tribunal Judge will read my long account and be able to progress changes I am powerless to do alone. That in itself feels like a victory - for me and the others whose stories have been crushed. Big thanks to people like Change.org who give us a voice!"
