Chick-Fil-A is America's favorite fast food restaurant. Their service, their reliability, their speediness, and food quality are incomparable to any other fast food chain. 

Recently, Chick-Fil-A made the decision to stop a list of menu modifications, in efforts to deliver a more consistent experience from store-to-store. A lot of menu modifications create a disruption in the order-fulfilling process, ie. longer wait times, incorrect orders, etc. We the people certainly don't want to worsen the customer experience, we want to improve it.

Unfortunately, their latest changes no longer allow customers to order their french fries well done. The problem with this is that their waffle-cut fries aren't good if they're not cooked long enough. Many people experience soft or "smushy" fries, especially if their orders are to go. For years, more and more customers learned the trick of ordering well-done fries, improving their dining experience exponentially. Taking the option away has impacted the overall experience for thousands. 

Chick-fil-A, please allow people to order fries well-done OR cook your fries til golden brown and crispy. Sincerely, everyone who loves good french fries.
