Situation

Right now, Chick-fil-A is offering their Mocha Cream Cold Brew as a seasonal offer. After talking to an associate, this offer isn't looking as being a permanent seasonal offer, much less a permanent offer. In order to make this "test item" successful, it was recommended to let others know how good it is. 

Background

So, the first thing to know about it is the Mocha Cream Cold Brew utilizes coffee beans from Thrive Farmers Coffee, which is known for its organic coffee beans. By using Thrive Farmers Coffee, Chick-fil-A supports a company that allows farmers to directly sell their coffee in order to provide a more stable income. While the coffee Chick-fil-A uses was made exclusively for them, the coffee beans from Thrive Farmers Coffee are meant to have a nutty and caramel taste to it while complementing any sugar and cream preference. It is also made with sweetened cream and chocolate flavored syrup. The caffeine content for the large (20 oz) coffee is 100 mg-1/4 of the recommended safe level of caffeine to have within a day-which is the amount usually contained in a regular 8 ounce cup of coffee. The current price is around $3.19 (without tax) for a large, which is only twenty cents more than the other coffee flavors (depending on location). 

Benefits

Purchasing a Mocha Cream Cold Brew not only can taste good, but has long-term benefits:

• If the test is successful, then it is on its way to become a permanent item. Should it reach that point, Chick-fil-A may expand their coffee flavors beyond their regular coffee and vanilla flavors. This means that the next time you and a group of friends want to get some coffee, not only would you be able to have a variety to choose from, but you can support a good company like Chick-fil-A. 
• Another benefit is that it can lead to Chick-fil-A making Keurigs of coffee that you can enjoy at home, including on Sunday. 
• It also allows Chick-fil-A to compete within the coffee business, which can lead to the company expanding its geography. A reason for this is that Chick-fil-A used to have a pizza-based location and currently still has a Hawaii-themed location. 
• Chick-fil-A used to offer a Mocha Cookies and Cream milkshake that did not last longer than a season. The fact that they are now offering a Mocha Cream Cold Brew coffee indicates that they want to make mochas, but will only make it if people want it.

Conclusion

To summarize, purchasing a Mocha Cream Cold Brew can benefit you, your neighbors, and Chick-fil-A. If you don't want to purchase, then another benefit would be to share this with others who may be interested, or to at least sign this to make it known to Chick-fil-A that this coffee and company is worth supporting.
