Wisborough Green in a beautiful traditional English Village with a community that works hard to create a welcome to everyone.    The toilets are much used by residents and people visiting the village and its attractions such the village green, the children's play area and the church. The A272 runs through the village, one of the gateways to the South Downs National Park which will result in an increase in visitor numbers, where else can they stop for a comfort break in such pleasant surroundings?   Access to clean well maintained public toilets are vital to the success of the many events that take place on the green such as the August fete, the travelling fair and the Balloon Festival as well as helping to maintain the many small businesses vital to our rural community; the shop, post office, pubs and cafe.    Wisborough Green is famous for, among other things, the birth of Lawn Mower racing, now an international sport. The 12hrs race won by the likes of Stirling Moss, might never have happened if our village had not been blessed by a Public Loo!
