Anjanette Young is a beautiful, and innocent,  black woman who had her house invaded by police officers in Chicago. She was naked, handcuffed, and forced out of her home telling them over and over again “You have the wrong apartment”. She did nothing wrong, there is no crime she committed. The real target who needed to be arrested was in the same building, but it wasn’t Anjanette. This is simply IGNORANCE and RACISM from the police. They mistaken her for someone else, and didn’t even care to hear what she had to say, and forced her out her home anyways. The police officers that did this aren’t in jail, aren’t on trial or anything. They deserve to be arrested. One of the officers was carrying a handgun. “If I would have made one wrong move it felt like they would have shot me.” Young said. This is not an uncommon issue. I know that it happens a lot with black people. We can’t get justice for everyone, but we can try and help as many as we can. Justice for Anjanette Young.
