The intent of the 'No Shut Down' Resolution is to protect a localities' First Amendment rights, specifically the right to peacefully assemble and especially attend Church!!!

The Governor is infringing on the rights of all Virginia Residents and it must stop starting with Chesterfield County by demanding they do not enforce these unconstitutional "laws" - Mandates.  

We all want a cure but the cure can not be worse than the disease!!!

Walmart is allowed to flourish while small businesses are forced out of business by the Gestapo (VDH Police) .  These small businesses are our citizen's livelihood and without that they may lose their houses , ways of transportation,  sink into unrecoverable debt, lose their families and worse their physical lives due to depression. 

THIS MUST STOP and we must be the ones that start this wave throughout Virginia and across the entire United States of America!!   

Does it seem to you that there are tyrannical government officials at work here to transition our way of  life away from the traditionalist way in our country and bring us to the socialist agenda in hyper speed mode? 

Most likely because that is what is 100% at here! 

STAND UP and sign this petition and at the bare minimum let our Chesterfield County Board of Supervisors hear your voice.  

We will not longer be infringed upon!!! 

We are all adults and we can make safe decisions without the tyrannical mandates from tyrannical Governor that puts us all out of business and dependent on government monetary support!!
