Today (Thursday 16th September 2021), a Planning Application for up to 120 houses off Niddries Lane in Moulton, Cheshire has been submitted by Miller Homes. This proposal is outside of our Neighbourhood Plan and Settlement Boundaries (despite having dedicated electoral mandates) and, as Cheshire West and Chester Council has an 8 year housing supply, completely unnecessary. Miller's own local research indicates 80% of the village is against this proposal but they press ahead thinking we will lie down and let it run. This stops now, and I want to work with all residents to ensure that we fight our village's corner and Save Moulton's Greenbelt!
