Chesapeake Public Schools won’t allow non-VHSL athletes, such as lacrosse players, to have their senior signings at their school. Neighboring cities like Virginia Beach allow this, so there should be no problem for Chesapeake to do the same. These athletes will represent their high school at the collegiate level and should be treated the same as VHSL athletes.
