Koala bears are very close to extinction because zoo workers are not taking care of them. This is what happens if you don’t take care of your animals that we are  responsible for. 

     Their numbers have dropped by as much as 90% all around the world which horrifies us if we do not stop the unhealthy environment. Scientists predict that in 2026 there will only be 20 koalas left in the world.Now there are only 3,000 koalas in the world, sounds like A LOT right? BUT, this does not mean they are living safely living where they are.  

  What we mostly want to do since we LOVE this animal so much is to protest to make a law to make all zoos to have a certain inspector to come every two weeks to check DEEPLY to see if the zoo workers are taking deep care of ALL of the animals and meeting all of the animals needs and if they don’t meet all of the needs they go out of business! Our decision maker is Chelsea Hassler, ARC’s Program Director which we want to give huge credit to!
