Sergeant Mickey Rountree, Corporal Brian Killingsworth, Deputy Nick Dewy, Deputy Todd Crook, and Deputy Charlene Choate were involved in Reginald Arrington Jr’s arrest. In a video released by DA Neal Pinkston it is VERY clear that these officers used excessive force. In this video Reginald is screaming out in alot of pain saying “Please stop” “I can’t breathe” “Please stop” and the officers told him “Relax, nobody wants to hurt you. Relax” while continuing to beat him multiple times with the batons.

In the Hamilton’s Sheriff Department baton policy it states “The police baton is not to be used in any circumstances, as punishment or coercion once a subject has been brought under control.” 

It very disappointing and hard to watch. There shouldn’t be any further investigations all the evidence you need is in THE VIDEO. Please stop hiring officers that have the SMALLEST amount of patience. Please stop using excessive force. Enough is enough. Please FIRE and CHARGE these officers. We DEMAND justice for Reginald Arrington Jr. BLACK LIVES MATTER!
